Forward First Media LLC ("Forward First Media," "we," "us") is a marketing agency for home service companies, based in Fife Lake, Michigan. This policy explains what we collect when you use forwardfirstmedia.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you give us when you fill out a form, book a call, text or email us, or become a client:

When you fill out a form on our website you can choose, with two separate and optional checkboxes, to receive text messages from Forward First Media LLC:
Neither box is checked for you, and checking either one is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at create@forwardfirstmedia.com or (231) 486-5306. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop us from answering a request you have made.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email, scheduling, analytics, hosting and payment providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opted in to marketing emails, every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not replies about a request you have made or service emails if you are a client.
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
